I too would probably recomment a variable speed controller... This seems crazy fast! Mostly because squinting my eyes during watching is giving me crowsfeet. Cheers and lots of fun with that "machine"... ^^

The FIRST one, the one that caught fire, was 1700rpm. The second one, the one that works, is 3400 rpm :)
