I wanted to make the joke "a balisong for Gally-san" but A. I don't think that rhymes unless you have an Irish accent and B. The number of people who know what Battle Angel Alita is relatively small, and the number of people that know she was called Gally in the original Japanese is even smaller. Anyway there's the video.
