あけましておめでとうございます！

2023年12月の月末報告になります

お題は以下になります。

・イラスト作品の投稿

・コンセプト作品制作

・設備投資報告

■イラスト作品の投稿

最近のストーリー作品の尺が長くなってきて、制作時間が長くなってきて投稿頻度的に限界になってきてました。

投稿できる作品数が減ると、１ヶ月の中で登場するキャラクター数も激減しているのが良くないなと…

そこで１２月の中盤から、セリフなしのイラスト作品を作り始めました。

これによって１１月の投稿数は、１３作品でキャラクター数は１２人だったのが、

１２月の投稿数は、１８作品でキャラクター数は２３人に増えました。

キャラクター数がほぼ２倍になったので、結構良いのではないかと思っています。

ストーリーセリフ付きの作品数はちょっと減って、１１月は１３作品だったのに対して、

１２月は１１作品になりました。

なんと、実はあまり減ってません。

ストーリーセリフ付きの作品数が２つ減ることで、登場するキャラクター数が２倍になるのなら、そのほうが良いのかなと。

しかも制作時間的にも余裕が生まれて助かります。

なので、制作時間のバランスを見て、時間が無い時はイラスト作品を作るのは良さそうかなと。

ストーリーセリフ付きの作品を楽しみにしていた方は安心してください！

印象としてはイラスト作品が増えたせいでストーリーセリフ付きの作品に力を入れないのか？と思う人もいるかもしれませんが、それは気のせいです！

投稿の割合としては約半数がイラスト作品になる可能性がありますが、ストーリーセリフ付きの作品の総数で言うとほとんど減っていませんので、安心してください。

これからも全力で頑張ります！

具体的には、長尺のストーリーセリフ付き作品→軽めのストーリーセリフ付き作品→イラスト作品（２～３キャラクター）

と、このような順番でローテーションさせると丁度良さそうでした。

皆さんの反応リアクションを見ていても良さそうな気がするので、しばらくこの方針で制作してみようと思います。

■コンセプト作品制作

To LOVEるの新しいCG集を作ろうと思っています。

実はもう結構投稿してて、「To LOVEるのデリヘルシリーズ」ですね。

支援して頂いている皆さんは支援の中で全部見れるので、特に関係ないかもしれません。

支援して頂いている中で投稿しながら、他キャラの分も作っていきます。

そしてプロローグやエピローグ的なものも制作して１つのCG作品としてパッケージング出来たら、Fanzaで配信しようかと思います。

支援して頂いている人は支援の中で全部見れるので追加購入などは不要です！

２月くらいには完成させたいです。

■設備投資報告

設備投資の報告になります。

２台目のNASを購入しました。

NASはネットワークで繋がっているファイルサーバーのようなものです。

今使っているPCが２台あるので、どちらからもアクセスしたいデータの置き場所や作業場所として使用を開始しました。

作業の効率化に繋がる設備は今後も投資を進めたいと思います！

The subject will be as follows.

■Submission of illustration works

The length of recent story works has been getting longer and the production time has been getting longer, and I was reaching my limit in terms of frequency of submissions.

As the number of works I can submit decreases, the number of characters appearing in a month also decreases drastically, which is not good...

So, in the middle of December, I started creating illustration pieces without dialogue.

By doing this, the number of submissions in November was 13 works with 12 characters,

In December, the number of submissions increased to 18 works with 23 characters.

The number of characters has almost doubled, which I think is quite good.

The number of works with story lines was down a bit, with 13 works in November vs,

The number of works with story lines decreased a little, from 13 in November to 11 in December.

The number of films with story lines did not decrease much.

If the number of characters doubled with two fewer productions with story lines, I thought it would be better.

Moreover, it helps us to have more leeway in terms of production time.

So, looking at the balance of production time, I think it would be good to create illustration works when there is not enough time.

Those who were looking forward to works with story lines can rest assured!

My impression is that because of the increase in illustration works, you don't put much effort into works with story lines? Some may think that this is because of the increase in the number of illustration works, but that's just my imagination!

As for the percentage of submissions, about half of them may be illustrations, but in terms of the total number of works with story lines, there has been almost no decrease, so please don't worry.

We will continue to do our best!

Specifically, long works with story lines → light works with story lines → illustrated works (2 to 3 characters)

It seemed like it would be just right to rotate them in this order.

I think this is a good idea based on everyone's reactions, so I think I'll try this for a while.

■Creation of a concept work

I am planning to create a new CG collection of To LOVE-Ru.

Actually, I've already submitted quite a few, and it's the "To LOVE-Ru call-girl business series.

Everyone who is supporting me can see all of them in the support, so it may not be particularly relevant.

I will make one for the other characters as I post them in the support.

And once I've created a prologue and epilogue-like material and packaged it as a single CG work, I'll distribute it on Fanza.

Those who have supported the project will be able to see the whole thing in their support, so there is no need for additional purchases!

We hope to complete the project around February.

■Capital Investment Report

This is a report on capital investment.

We have purchased a second NAS.

A NAS is like a file server connected to a network.

Since I have two PCs that I am currently using, I started using it as a place to put data that I want to access from both of them and as a workspace.

We would like to continue to invest in equipment that will lead to increased work efficiency!
