After 14 months of regular writing and posting, for you, my beloved audience, a publisher has shown interest in some of my stories. Specifically, in Tenebroum  and Broken System. They are a small gamelit-style fantasy publisher, and there's no associated advance on offer, so I'm not at all sure I'll even say yes to either, but I do think it makes for another great milestone.

Of course, I'll keep all of you posted in any further developments, but it changes nothing for me in terms of writing. I will keep posting chapters to my patrons and later for everyone else; I don't even have plans to stop my Tenebroum audiobook either, since they don't seem interested in doing anything audio-wise until a book has good sales, but we will see.

Going into November and December, as my writing commitments slow down a touch (Yes, I know I will actually be posting more. It's all very confusing,) I was thinking I might up my eleven labs subscription to the next level so I could knock out a couple dozen chapters of Tenebroum in audio format.  We will see. I like the idea of one day being caught up, though, given the lead that the written chapters have, I concede that would be very difficult.

What else have I been working on?

Lately I've been putting a lot of energy into building a buffer for Broken System and making progress on Death After Death. I've been particularly pleased with how well the chapters for the latter are coming out recently. I also thought I'd give a typographic cover a try for Death After Death. This probably won't go on RR/SH, but it might look nice on a store shelf somewhere. (For consistency i would have to change the T in Winchester, but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

Maybe try experimenting with ai? Controlnet i think can create patterns like these. It would be cool to see book cover with the letters made up from mass of skulls. Anyway, congratulations.
