Commissions and Reward changes in a near future (Patreon)

Recently there was a change on my country's paypal, making so automatically any funds in there are transfered to my bank account, which I think it's a bit of a problem if I were to open commissions because if something were to happen I wouldn't be able to refund the costumer, so I think I'll not sell commissions anymore, at least in the way I used to.

One idea I had was using here on patreon as a way to people if interest in getting a drawing to do so, but I'm trying to find a way to set it up to avoid exploits that end up getting me overwhelmed, like people trying to claim rewards every month or build enough credit and use it to request a bunch of sketches back to back as soon one is done.

I'll start working on the changes once the Lucky Scratch comic is done, which I think is around late November, but since I want to take December and part of January off, so late January I'll begin to set things up so February the new model is up and running.

Until then, things will go as they are.
