Do not pledge to any creator in PATREON with the IOS App are you'll get screwed.

To be more clear:

Current memberships aren’t affected aparently. It’s just when You sign up/change your tier that YOU should avoid using the IOS app.

You can still use the normal pledge/suscription through browser.
