If these changes were to be finalised it looks as though, to protect themselves, YouTube would likely apply extremely aggressive copyright filters to users in Europe as well as to European content like games from developers such as CD Projekt, Daedalic & Quantic Dream. Do you think this is likely just another SOPA/PIPA type affair which ultimately never materialises?
