i litteraly can do a 5 min video showing you how fkin easy a "RE"texture is..
yet if i modded something from someone..
added a minimum of  16+ colors variation all added ingame which you have no god dam idea how long this process can be..
or ever modded an Aradia piece? ud know what i mean
i do the same thing which is using almost 4x times more meshes then anyone
but that is because aradia pieces where nearly masterworks
but lol for me
it is a cheap trick to hide my lack of skills at texturing
but ya..

and keep in mind 1st person mesh texture set did not work so each 1st person mesh had to be manually linked which if you ever wondered why there is 1 armor mesh but 28 gloves thats why
on pc especially i draw like a paraplegic dolphin with no fins
so my mesh has dozens of hours put into it
going from something like 20~40 vertices to one with nearly 10k
which increase resource usage alot but allows visual orgasm with low specs
and even a blank color texture would work
alll that..
for games i never played..
