NVL Phone - Added features (Patreon)

This weekend I've added 3 requested features to the NVL phone.

• the ability to close the phone while the conversation is going on
• the old style of choice that was shown on the side (it can be changed to the middle)
• and the typing effect when replying (pressing send optional)

With the amount of errors I had to handle, these changes felt like I'm pushing the NVL screen to it's limit. hopefully it doesn't throw an error tantrum in case you want to add this new one to your games. If it does, please let me know.
