Casino Roulette for renpy (part 2) (Patreon)

This weekend I've added an ugly table (I'll design a better one later) and the mechanism for placing bets. Now we are ready to add the dealer, rules and the game cycle.
I did read up the rules and boy there are lots of ways the player can bet, looks like the wheel wasn't the hardest part of the game, but with enough effort, I'm sure we can create a convincing replica.
