1.  A well build Junior entering high school is sugar coached to bodybuilding club in his fist day, here a friendly senior incentives him to workout and the Junior grows even bigger in a few months. The secret: his senior are giving him a growth special protein. Junior: black haired, light colored eyes, 1,75m (at the begin but 2,5m at the end), body type like an athlete, baggy clothes, a little shy and embarassed to show off his body at the beging but become cocky after showered by prises from his senior while growing. Senior: brown-orange haired, green eyes, 1,90m, muscular and ripped body, tank top and baggy shorts.

4.  Isaac is a nerdy, scrawny guy who is nervous about his date with Mark, the popular swim team captain. Before his date, Isaac decides to visit the gym and try out a new supplement. He notices incredible results during his workout. But he soon finds that the new supplement is still effective during his date, as he gains more muscle from his lovestruck heartbeats.
