Late contender for best fight of 2022 (only Tengen/Gyutaro was better IMO) and best live-action fight I've seen in a long time (I can't even remember one that was better). Also, the mercy killing can be explained a few ways: (1) soldier on soldier respect; (2) highlighting the differences in character between Aguni (an honorable man) versus Niragi (who mocked a dying man, then tortured him a little, and left him to bleed out); and (3) good people generally don't give into their worst instincts and torture or mock defenseless people as they're dying or incapacitated. Even if they hate that person for what they've done, seeing them in a vulnerable position still invokes pity or sympathy in the kind-hearted. Also, KoS does look like Sigma lol.
