Bataar Jr. was shown in season 3 briefly with his father when he was introduced.(2 seconds) Bataar Sr. was telling his wife that he just had a breakthrough on something they were working on. That was the only time you guys saw Jr. before he showed up in season 4. Thats what they give you to show that Bataar Sr and Jr are the scientists in the Beifong family.

Oh yeah, there are actually 2 episodes left

About the threat, Kuvira only has control over the Earth Kingdom. There is still the Water Tribes, Air Temples and the Fire Nation. She can easily keep Bataar away from Kuvira. There is an entire ocean between Earth Kingdom land and any other peace of land.

You are right. In terms of raw strength Korra is stronger. She has mastered the elements traditionally but other forms not really. As a bender she fights like a fire bender, which she gets from her dad. Just like her, her dad fights Offensively more than defensively or reactionary like regular water benders. Her dad fights exactly like her only thing is her dad has only 1 element, how many times has her dad gone down xD like father like daughter. But anyway Aang in his airbender mind set is Very versatile and while korra uses all her elements, she uses them like she uses fire or earth. Another factor is Korra is in a time with stronger fighters too but im not using that as an excuse

Still call Raava, Braava xD Anyway, ignore the theories bout how aang died lol. Nobody can confirm shit till the creators say it lol Kyoshi learned how to extend her life in the novels using a unique healing ability using ice. So lets just throw the ice thing out the window. Aang died im his late 60s considering everything, he lived a long life. End of story xD

Also ya comments are valid. As a finish product i think korra is ok. I personally like it better than the first series cus of the expansion to the world building. But not everyone sees it my way. If you enjoyed, great, if not well im sorry ya didnt xD everyone missing shit sometimes. Dont let the extreme people get ya down based off ya opposite opinions to yours lol

I get what y’all are saying for sure. The finale was a bit strange. But the episode is called “Kuvira’s Gambit” for a reason tho. The episode was about Kuvira sacrificing something to achieve her goal. If the show developed her and Baatar Jr’s relationship more, this episode would make more sense.

If Nick didn’t cut the budget of the show to give us that shitty ass Remembrances episode, you guys would probably care about Kuvira more cuz they were planning on expanding her character more.
