infinity is a mathematical term you don’t really have to understand this but i’ll try explain it anyway lol. so say you divided 10 by 2 you’ll get 5 if you then divided 5 by 2 you’ll get 2.5 and 2.5/2 = 1.25 you can go on forever and the number will keep getting smaller and closer to zero but you’ll never reach zero which in this case the zero is gojo’s hand/body. that’s why gojo said you didn’t stop you’re just getting slower but you’ll never reach me basically

Simple terms: Infinity is the space between Gojou and said object. The closer u get to him the slower you move, thus to the point where it seems like ur not moving at all. Basically his power is manipulating space around him. He can push space/infinity (the reverse red technique he used this episode) and his domain expansion overloads the target with nonstop information simultaneously which they cant process and they simply die from it unless Gojo stops it, which he did in order to get info from Jogo.
