Two things to clarify! - What the turbo granny was sealed into is called a beckoning cat (in Japanese: maneki-neko). It's a figurine depicting a cat. They're everywhere in Japan, in Eastern Asia and some places in America. They are said to hold good fortune within a location. So basically Turbo Granny got some "good fortune" powers. - In Japanese, balls are literally called 金玉 "kintama". It literally means "gold balls". So Okarun's balls will be depicted as gold balls the whole time. In the Japanese dub, they actually joke around that word pun, which can turn out untranslatable a few times.
