That's the spel she used to find the ring. Also the himmel proposal scene was a masterpiece if you analyze it.

In the himmel proposal scene, there was a literal clock tower rining between frieren and himmel when himmel got on one knee. This scene signifies that the thing standing between the realization of their love was "time" that's what prevented their relationship from blooming. It's really sad to think himmel did all these things to show his love for her but his feelings never got through until after he passed away :(. It's also even more special that frieren picked the ring signifying eternal love randomly and himmel knew immediately what that meant but frieren didn't.
