It's an emotional one, but when isn't it?! That ending just broke me, and I knew it probably wasn't how they would end things for Joel, but still! I wasn't sure if they were going to try to rewrite everything from the game and do something different.
I still do wonder what that heart thing was about... seeing as I've actually watched all episodes by now and haven't edited any of them yet. It's strange that they showed him clutch his chest as if there was a heart issue or chest issue, but then seemingly not much came of it, other than what happens in this episode. I'm pretty sure that's mainly due to the gunshots though (from memory, so I could be wrong)
