Halfway through the week hit back, biceps & abs Monday, chest, triceps, shoulders, abs, and ran 1 mile today! Tomorrow is leg day (yuck) but Iโ€™ll share some progress I made there then ;) plus look forward to a big new post coming very soon ๐Ÿ‘€
