Hard to sync with HBO/Max streaming in the US as they have a recap of season 2 at the start of season 3. Next time I'd recommend including a 30-60 second portion of the episode at the beginning so we can visually sync it to what is happening on screen, as the timer is only accurate to your own copy.

Also, if you're skipping the credits you need to do another visual sync there, as your callout of 5 minutes 10 seconds or whatever was about 2 minutes off on the counter on the HBO stream. Even if you blur the visual sync so you can't actually see what's going on, it's much easier than trying to sync to an arbitrary time stamp.

Yeah, it's easy enough to sync back up since you do a good job talking about what is on screen at any given time.

Hey! In future videos I will put a tiny clip at the beginning to sync up, I didn’t realise that the tv show runs different in different countries so thought the timer might work. Apologies! Hope it isn’t too much of a pain to sync up these first two! Xx

Ima chime in after trying to watch lmao - the timer on the screen after you skipped intro is completely out of sync, my Patreon also decided to skip the video back halfway through and I’m struggling sooo bad to sync back up because there’s no audio or visual hints for sync up with the skip intro rendering the on screen time useless - I’d suggest not skipping the intro or adjusting the on screen timer AFTER the skip intro

Ither chanels concerned with copyright have maybe a strip of the movie on screen to use for syncing, could be a better option if timing is different for people?

I watched reaction videos of Game of Thrones, on someone else's channel...They lived in Scotland, and I could hear the music and watch the video. I cannot link your videos. I watch the show on HBO Max. They want 2 dollars per episode on Amazon. I have just been trying to sync it mself, watching it on 2 phones.
