LOVED the reaction! So much to discuss here :) 1) Littlefinger - hey, it's just the best scene ever haha, god knows how many times i rewatched that one! We must admit, Littlefinger was one of the best "players" in "game of thrones", he survived 7 full seasons, kudos to him. The way they executed him deserves a chef's kiss! 2) Jon Snow = Aegon Targaryen, finally the cat is out of the bag :) There was a popular formula R+L=J while the show was airing originally, that we didn't dare talk about here. So Daenerys is Jon's aunt actually and yes, it's weird seeing them together in bed, but also, it's not uncommon for Targaryens haha. 3) The Dead are coming... I remember being super hyped to see where their story is going, and how the Living will confront them, and now I am super hyped again to watch the story unfold with you, Hannah <3

It's funny, after the series ended, I was like "I'll never watch GoT again." But here we are. And watching you have the same reactions, have your mind blown, or have aaaaall the fucking feelings... Hahaha, like I did... Do. makes the best scenes new and exciting. Like... You get to feel the feeling over again, if that makes any sense? A few thoughts: 1. Winter is here, The Dire Wolf pack is back together, all is right in the Forest. One more reunion... I'm not crying you're crying. 2. As for Jon's paternity. They dropped hints...Ish. But nothing that you could really bite into, unless you're a nerd who read the books. So no, no shade. 3. And, because Why not. Let's see if I can go 2 for 2! AHEM... The Wall has fallen. Fallen to Viserion's flame. The Night King gone all in. All in to win The Game. He doesn't play for The Iron Throne: Instead a darker prize... A world made ice and bone: As all that's living dies. I'm sure someone else has already said this, but there's a few things to point out; We got a few hints as to Jon's parentage, but this is only where it's really confirmed. That does make Jon first in line for the Iron Throne - his claim is stronger than Dany's, who is in fact his Aunt. Yes, Jon was named after his uncle, Aemon* Targeryan, who was the blind maester in the Night's Watch. [If you remember, as the maester was dying, he called out for "egg". Now we know that he was calling out for Aegon, or, Jon - confirming that he knew who Jon was all that time.] <- It's been pointed out that I was incorrect with this, so, ignore it! The scene where you thought Tyrion was jealous of Dany and Jon getting it on is actually thought to be because Tyrion realises in that moment that if Dany marries Jon and has an heir, the line of her succession will take the Throne and she won't break the wheel, which has been her whole thing from the start - to remake the world and end ruling by inheritance. The significance of the snow landing on Jamie's glove, as he rides away from Cercei to join the North, is a sign that Winter Has Come (symbolisms!) I'm looking forward to rewatching the final season with you and seeing your opinion on what has become infamously detested by fans.

You are 100% wrong here. Aegon was the most used Targaryen name, because of Aegon the Conqueror, the first Targaryen king. The maester of The Nights Watch, AEMON, not Aegon, was calling out to his brother Egg... Prince Aegon, who later became King Aegon III, aka Aegon the Unlikely. SIDEBAR: George R. R. Martin the author or the Game of Thrones books, actually wrote a bunch of short stories about this brother, called The Adventures of Dunk and Egg. Egg being Prince Aegon, and Dunk being his friend and protector, Ser Duncan the Tall. The Adventures are currently in production as the next GoT spin off. The scene with Tyrion was just jealousy, he loves het a little, everyone that serves her does. Or maybe it's just a bad foreboding. At this point the only two people who know Jon's real identity are Sam and Bran As for the last season, let he make up her own mind.

I specifically mentioned Dany which makes perfect sense after their unfinished discussion about her successor. Little Finger getting played and KILLED by the Stark children is one of my favorite scenes of the WHOLE SHOW. He is responsible for it all. He deserved his humiliation, he deserved his execution, he deserved his executioners. I know their parents both smiled on that. On this rewatch with you, I loved going back to watch John interact with the dragons, knowing what I know this time around. The dragons smell his Targaryen blood. I also like him finding the cave paintings at Dragon Stone. There are subtle things here and there I notice too. Akin to what he said to Theon, he is very Stark. AND he is very Targaryen. Maester Aemon (Targaryen) was the old man in the Knight's Watch who died. John is Aegon Targaryen. One of a million of them, lmao.
