We're going a bit more creative now and further away from traditional fantasy tropes. The Ethyl have basically an evolution-built consent feature ... the idea behind it is that back before the Ancient Freebooters the Ethyl shared the continent with a whole lot of feral monsters and being "submissive and breedable" increases your chances of not being killed and/or eaten. So yeah, there is a method to this madness xP.

Also the Ethyl are responsible for the ancient curse that prevents Orcs from breeding with each other, but nobody knows that. Spicy.
