Little hand health update (Patreon)
Content
It took a long time to get the gears in motion, but i finally got into the surgeon for another consultation on the hand movement / drawing issues. His opinion is that stiffness and difficulty with fine motor movements, but no progressing numbness of the hand indicates tendon issues (as is always the case).
All that can really be done for it is NSAID's (which i may be allergic to in high amounts) and Physical Therapy.
Now, in the past few months i've actually kicked up my wrist weight exercises and a lot of the WRIST pain problems have smoothed out. I'll still feel a little iffy after a 6 hour comic page, but by and large my wrists are not a crisis. But the fingers / thumb / small corrective movements i do when sketching primarily, that shit is bad and has made it more difficult to draw, so i'm being sent back in for PT, with a focus on the fingers and hands specifically.
So, it takes a while to get better, but within 2 months of doing it i should see some improvement, and i'm looking forward to that.

TLDR
I got into the Dr. and he said 'time for more physical therapy for your hand"
I just thought you all might like to know!
