Looks like he noticed~

This page is a lot of fun~

I love any chance i get to draw them doing something more like, fun and cozy than the constant lewds. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it's just cute to see <3

It sounds like Blake's got a plan though.

Caught lookin~

Commander672

Charlie winning me over with every couch shot. On that note, I wonder if there isn't a way to model some depressions or deformations in the couch cushions. Ordinarily the 3D environments work well, but here it's pretty obvious none of the characters are really sitting on the furniture. Unless said furniture is made out of smoothed concrete. It may just be a limit of the system we'll have to accept since you're probably not using a program with a physics engine or material simulation that would let you dynamically change the weight on the pillows

A physics sim could definitely be done but ultimately, it's already a fiddly process to make and get the model shots to be used. It takes like 45 minutes to get the renders i need for the average page, on top of all the time spent making the model in the first place. And even if i did make a blake shaped oval and rig up a physics sim, let it run, and then get the render, it's still not going to EXACTLY match the drawing i do on top of it. For that point, there'd need to be no drawing, basically, blake would need a full 3d model and at that point why draw anything at all, just do it all in blender. So tldr, it works for beds and sheets because you can abstract that pretty quick, but even getting out 1 page of this per week with the time i have is difficult, so we're gonna have to accept everyone has REALLY firm furniture.
