Yup! It was a pretty landslide victory, this time. I suppose everyone really liked the previous art of these two? I can't blame you though, it'll be a really fun one~

I don't have Set Model screenshots yet, but it should take less time to make than the one for Take A Hike. It's a construction site, it can't be that complicated, right

For those of you who need a refresher, here's the comic's outline :

So you have this to look forward to!

Future posts regarding Passiontail Bonus Tale 03 - "Digging In" will be exclusive to the $5+ tiers!

The comic pages themselves will be made public 1 month after they're posted here! So if you wanna be involved with that, be sure to check your current tier~!

So, unlike last time, i wasn't sure in advance which one was going to win, so I haven't had time to write the script yet. But, it'll be in line with the Bonus Tale paradigm of a shorter comic, with a faster render style than the main comics. It'll be higher resolution than the last two, though, because i DO want to print these at some point!

Anyway, i'll probably post the little concept doodles and Set Model screenshots for everyone, like last time, once i have them to show. Then a roundup of highlights from the thumbnail draft, and then we'll begin the comic proper.

I'll be working on the script Next Monday!

-----

Anyway! Thank you so much for participating in the project, and I hope that even if the one you were hoping for didn't win this time, you'll enjoy the sticky fun planned in Digging In.

It’s just a massive complex of steel beams concrete mixers, fences, trailers, welding kits, plywood, rebar, heavy vehicles, silt fencing, electrical cords, kitchen sinks, drywall, and dirt piles!

Yeah but all of that can be behind some cement dividers, a portapotty, a little shack for clocking in and out, and a shipping container, though. There are a lot of ways to do it. the only question is the establishing shots at the start...
