Succubus and Incubus are demons but they're have a lot of things in common with human beings, gender definitions included!
Jokes aside, it's a funny way to remember that trans people has the right to identify themselves with the gender they feel to belong to. To be honest everyone can identify or not with a gender in particular or to be fluid. This fact affects only that person and we don't have the right to decide for them or deny this right only because our gender matches our biological sex. This is true also for a trans succubus! :D
