Drawing Charlie more and more I’m very happy to see how I gave her different shapes than Jucika and how they work well and people are starting loving her without comparing to Jucika! This last thing happened many times when i posted the first strips, especially on Facebook and Instagram (what a surprise, Meta!).

Now I’m seeing that this kind of comments are less than before and i have more and more people telling me they love Charlie. I don’t know if this can be a rule, but generally, if you believe in something you created, don’t get down if the first feedbacks are negative; keep doing your job and let the people get used to the new stories or characters. Sooner or later your choices will be rewarded.
