Here we go again with tha ABCFanart challenge! Today we have Inque a Villain from Batman Beyond series. I didn't know her but i read something about her and i realized it would have been a nice character to draw. She's a shapeshifter and for this reason i added a last variant version with her scissoring with her "fluid" version.
