If you want to use the different toggle keys, you can change them in the merged.ini file
If you want to make your own merge, use the files in the [FOR MERGE] zip archives, otherwise you don't need them. You will have to fix reflection, outlines and dash issues yourself. Not because I'm being petty or something, but because all the fixes have to be implemented after the merge is done. You can reference/copy my ini edits to make your own fix.
