HISTORY HIGH Pitch Deck, Part 2 (Patreon)

This middle portion is the entire lengthy synopsis for BOOK ONE! It dives into some of the main tenets and details (and Henry's blackmailed-by-Abigail scene, which might be my favorite thing I've ever written. UGH CAN'T WAIT TO SHOW YOU THE SCRIPT.)

This is ALSO the oldest part of the pitch - in the real script, the order of some of the flashbacks are in different places (notably, Tad's takes place in two halves, one early and one late-game, and Henry's is right at the beginning, of course). I ALSO had to cut (from the synopsis, not the book!) the Act 2 subplot of History High playing intramural sports against a much more oppressive, faschy high school, Capacitor Academy, which gives us a lot more insight into Marcus (who I absolutely couldn't fit into my synopsis, THE LENGTH, arghhghghgh) and provides a foil between Marcus "totally nailing" traditional masculinity vs Henry absolutely drowning in his attempts to achieve it. UGH. MY GUYS. MY DUDES
