Y'all... this is a big day. A REALLY big day. I finally, finally, finally wrapped up my final (final final!) package for JED THE UNDEAD: BEST FRIENDS FOREVER, a graphic novel 9 years in the making, coming in at a walloping 200 pages, and the first in a series (get ready for SO MUCH JED). These pages wherein I attempt to nail Sad Night-Time Car Lighting (and Freddy's quiet rage, and the themes of class struggle, and a healthy love for angst and emo) are from Chapter 3, Prom Queen Mary, wherein Freddy finally gets invited to a party and Jed "screws it up" by being socially anxious and causing them to leave. Freddy is frustrated but immature and takes it out on Jed, Jed's anxiety just gets worse because he feels awful, it's a classic tale.

Look forward to TONS more Jed stuff, because it's the Summer of Jed and I have a LOT to show you (and will VERY LIKELY get SUPER EMOTIONAL about it)
