I have something super special today!! I've been poring over these sample pages I'm supposed to nail in order to nail a pitch at a publisher I REALLY want to work with, and I think I'm finally happy with these first drafts. I really wanted to edge in a fight scene, so I've got Amber beating up/dueling/terrorizing this poor goblin. I'm a leeeeetle bit concerned it's dialogue heavy, but hey, I'm proud of knocking out a first draft! I still feel like I haven't (pardon my horrible pun) captured the "soul" of Soulbound yet, so I'm going to keep taking whacks at it.
