WIP: PARTY HARD (Patreon)

LET'S TIME TRAVEL BACK TO 2007! Warmup sketch turned extremely beloved doodle of Jed and Freddy at a frat party, as I mess around with attempting a pure-2007-neon-ass color scheme. The values in the background vs the character color choices are waaaay too close, so I'm gonna try to jack up the contrast and make for an easier time on the eyes. So I can make it a very rough time on your eyes.
