The "Let's goo" is done by Hoshi. Most of the time if you hear these adlibs whether on their live performances or choreo video. It is done by Hoshi and DK. Seungkwan and Dino add their takes too. Edit: I was informed that this was not the video where Hoshi was drunk. I was mistaken!

I'm seeing so many people thinking Hoshi was drunk in this choreography video but actually it was on another day. These videos are scheduled before hand and they had to practice multiple times to perfect it before filming a choreography video/dance practice video (technically it's more of an official choreography version than a dance practice). So there's no way they would schedule a drinking show for him right before filming a choreography video lmao =)))))

I always love the choreo videos more than the music videos. You can always see how much details they put into it. The one shouting was Hoshi, he's usually the hype man. All seventeen dance practices are iconic, glad you reacted to it!

if you watch inside seventeen for hot your will see it is not the same day. He wear that set of clothes multiple times, I think this is the same day when he filmed his Tiger dance practice.

Its always hoshi screaming “let’s go!” Even in live performances. They performed before in Gaon chart (not sure if 2018 or 2019) like 3-4 songs nonstop and they’re tired but hoshi screamed lets go to boost the energy.
