2023-12-22 17:35:35 Why is it embarrassing? Not shaming you or anything I just find it interesting. I love the song despite hearing it 20million times on TT. That’s the reason I decided to check it out and the choreo itself is so fun. I wonder why you deem it embarrassing when it’s just a fun choreo and a catchy beat 😭

2023-12-22 17:35:35 The entire Lesserafim theme is fearless. Eve the woman who ate the forbidden apple as she was told not to, “I wish for what’s forbidden” Psyche, a beautiful woman who was said to have rivaled the beauty of Aphrodite herself, married to Eros which is Aphrodite’s son Bluebeard’s wife is a character from a French folktale titled “Bluebeard.” Bluebeard is a wealthy man who murdered 6 of his previous wives, and when his present wife finds out about his twisted nature he threatens to kill her but is instead killed by his wife’s brothers and sister. the common theme is the curiosity that was blamed to cause their misfortune. Eve and Adam were permitted to eat the forbidden apple which was said to contain endless knowledge by the talking serpent but Eve was tempted by the talking serpent and was cursed with the pain of childbirth. Psyche was unfairly treated by Aphrodite when she marries Eros. She made psyche carry out tiring tasks and later tasked her to go get the golden box which contained persephone’s beauty, curiosity got the best of her and she opened it to only to find darkness in a cloud and was put into a deep slumber by aphrodite herself. Bluebeard’s wife. She is given a key by her husband Bluebeard who is a wealthy man, and is told that she’s able to open any room, each of which contain some of his riches, except for an underground chamber that he strictly forbids her to enter. When he leaves to go to the palace, she invites her sister, friends, and cousins over. She then sneaks away from them, and out of curiosity she uses the key to enter the forbidden chamber to find 6 corpses her husband had stowed away. The forbidden fruit containing knowledge that was eaten by Adam and Eve, the golden box containing the sample of beauty that was opened by Psyche, and the key that was used by Bluebeard’s wife to discover the true nature of her husband who killed all 6 of his previous wives, can all be a metaphor for women breaking society’s rules (by doing what they’ve been told not to do). Each meaning can be interpreted in anyway but think of it like this: Lesserafim included these characters who represent women disobeying the rules set for them (by society) links to the title of their album “UNFORGIVEN.” The characters mentioned may not be forgiven by some for what they did, but they don’t need to be because the actions caused by their curiosity allowed them to see the truth that was hidden by them.
