The "new love triangle" comment is so funny bc a lot of fans of the show thought Cheongsan and Suhyeok throughout the show had better chemistry and would be a better coupe in the drama but ofc the show wouldn't do that but you can tell they had a good friendship going on. Also I believe Nayeon set her self up bc it was one thing to be suspicious but its another to infect someone just to be right.

I’m mad at Na-yeon but also mad at Nam-ra for letting her do that. If you saw her doing something with zombie blood, it’d be very suspicious considering that she’s about to go and “apologize” to the one she accused of being a zombie. I’m pretty upset at both of them but more of Na-yeon of course because she chose to murder him to prove a point.
