Muzan Kibutsuji is very skilled in hiding himself which is why none of the hashira/other demon slayers met him face-to-face. Remember in episode 8, Tanjiro said to himself that he (muzan) was pretending to be a human with a human family. We can theorize why they cannot see him (muzan) because he already mastered how to be among the people without craving for human flesh. In previous episode, the master said "Now that Muzan has given himself away for the first time, I don't want to let go" --> which means because none of the Demon Slayer Corps. thought that he was pretending to be a human in the first place given that demons usually crave for human flesh they will think that he cannot control himself. (this is only my opinion on why they cannot see him) Excited for your reaction on the movie and next 2 seasons!
