seungkwan & minghao had that reaction bc minghao’s first language isn’t korean so some words he doesn’t know translated (like when he asked what a hot air balloon was, he likely knows just not in korean) which makes this game slightly trickier for him sometimes.

minghao asked what the hot air balloon was because it was said in korean and although he’s been in korea for so long and learnt most of the language, like jun, there’s still a lot of words he doesn’t understand!! it’s sweet how the members always try their best to translate🥺

Minghao/The8 is Chinese like Jun and it makes sense that he wouldn't know every Korean word or that he might struggle during the "shouting in silence" game

Korean isn't Minghao's first language so guessing Korean phrases isn't really his strong suit. That's why Seungkwan reacted that way. It's also why Minghao was confused about the air balloon. It's not that he doesn't know what it is, he just didn't know the Korean name for it.
