Yeah, but there’s simply no good updated ones. This one has the most info, yet it’s pretty old. Someone chose this one because of the info rather than age. The 127 guide was old AND uninformed even at its year it was released. There was actually a guide even better than this that was released 2021-2022 I believe, but I guess it didn’t get chosen.

unfortunately no one has released any guides for the units in the past 3 years that are good enough to recommend :/ and the creator of the beginners guide hasn’t finished part 2 of their guide yet

The 4 members who are born in 2000 (renjun, jeno, haechan, jaemin) who are set to graduate in 2019/2020 didn't end up graduating because sm haven't introduced new members yet to them, and so it would've left dream as a 2 members (chenle, jisung) and it also seemed like sm didn't have a plan on where they are going to be placed. And the fans really loved the dynamics of 7Dream. That's why they decided to abolish the graduation system. Honestly the best decision SM ever made to make NCT DREAM a fixes unit

Mark debuted first in NCT U, NCT 127, and then NCT DREAM. I swear no one compares to the amount of chokehold we got when we saw mark debuting from the 7th sense to firetruck and to chewing gum in just a span of 4 months 😅 he's literally everywhere that it's become an inside joke that when sm debuts a new group, he's always going to be a part of it. I mean I can't blame them since mark is super talented af While Haechan debuted first in nct 127 as maknae, then a month later, he debuted in nct dream as one of the hyungs Mark and Haechan are strongest duo. They never stop working 🤧

Jisung was the youngest member of all of NCT (and SM in general) for the longest time! He debuted at I think 14?? And now it’s kinda cool and kinda weird at the same time that he is now a hyung to all but one of the WISH members. And now NCT and SM have a new youngest in the WISH unit: Sakuya.

Jisung and Chenle meeting when they were 10 years old at a festival in china and immediately clicking despite not speaking the same language or being from the same country, then meeting again and debuting together at 14 and immediately becoming best friends not recognizing that they met before until they saw the photos they took together again, is my roman empire. Chenle coming to korea literally wondering if he’ll meet Jisung again because he was the only korean person he met, just to end up in the same group with him. Like if that’s not soulmate-ism i don’t know what is.

I think the dynamics Mark and Haechan have with 127 members and Dream members are completely different. They’re the maknaes of 127 so most of the relationships they have with the members is like younger brother/family vibes. While with Dream they’ve been together since Mark was 13 and Jisung was 11, Mark and Haechan being in the hyung-line as well just sets an opposite dynamic. NCT Dream feels more like childhood friends that grew up together and went to school together. It’s difficult to say they like being in one unit more than the other because honestly 127 and Dream all trained together at the same time before being split into different units. So all the members have known each other for almost 10 years or more, so even some of the members in 127 and Dream who aren’t in a unit together are extremely close like Jeno and Doyoung for example. The 127 members looked out for the dream members since they were trainees so there’s not like a big line of distinction about who’s close and stuff. Most of the WayV members also trained with 127 and Dream and also have really close relationships across units.

Jisung is not the youngest in NCT anymore since all the members from the Japanese unit/NCT WISH are all younger than him. Tho jisung will forever have a special place in our hearts since he has been the maknae for so many years. He's still the maknae in DREAM tho

My suggestion would be a guide to all the NCT members. It says what all their positions are. The three leaders are Mark from nct dream Kun from Wayv Taeyong Leader of nct127 And leader of the whole group including the new group nct wish

I think there's no newer guides to NCT 127 and Dream though, that must be why.
