[Update] Account Updates (Community Guidelines) (Patreon)

Hello everyone, first of all, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for all the support I have received in the past months. This post will serve as a general update on my Patreon account, in which I will inform you about the warning I have received from Patreon regarding my content and the resulting consequences, as well as the changes that will follow.

What Happened?

[TL;DR] I removed all non-human content from Patreon.

I have been contacted by Patreon because some of my content did not comply with Patreon's Community Guidelines. I have been asked to either hide or modify certain arguments, and I have decided to take two actions regarding this matter:

1. I have removed all posts prior to the creation of Selenya Gleen, as they were old content that I believe few people were interested. This decision has had minimal impact.
2. More importantly, I have deleted any content related to non-human characters. In particular, the content related to Ridell has been removed.

By taking these actions, I am ensuring that my Patreon account aligns with Patreon's Guidelines and maintains a more appropriate and acceptable content selection.

What Will Change?

[TL;DR] Starting from next month (July), there will no longer be dedicated posts for non-human animations on Patreon, but they will still be available on Discord.

From 26/6/2023, the aforementioned contents are no longer available on Patreon, but they remain accessible on Discord and Mega. This change is actually more of a clarification, as even before 26/6/2023, the mentioned animations were available in the same manner, or older posts didn't have functioning links anyway.

The archive containing all my animations, available to Tier 2 supporters and above (including the one accessible on Discord/Mega), will not undergo any modifications, so there won't be any changes in that regard.

Regarding animations involving non-human characters or content related to violence and immoral acts, these will no longer be available on Patreon (although, in fact, they weren't available before either). What changes is that I won't be posting dedicated previews or releases for these animations, even just to notify you of a new animation being published.

To address this issue, I will make one post per month (at the end of each month), where I will briefly summarize what I have released, and among other things, inform you of the titles that have been released and fall under these controversial categories. Of course, I will do so for informational purposes only, without sharing links or making any references.

In other words, the most significant change is the inability to provide Discord links from where you can download/watch the aforementioned animations. However, this does not imply that non-human animations will be unavailable for Patreon supporters. Patreon simply wants me to refrain completely from discussing or even innocently mentioning such content on their platform, so my posts weren't directly attacked.

Nevertheless, the content available on Discord will remain unchanged. What changes is that there won't be individual posts notifying you of animation releases, but rather a monthly summary post.

Solution

The solution I have thought of, and will most likely implement, is to have a monthly permanently pinned post that straightforwardly informs about the schedule, releases, and any related changes, with a Discord link with it.

That being said, I would like to remind you that I also have a SubscribeStar account (which I cannot link here, but that you can find it on Twitter or Discord) where there are no censored or hidden contents, and where the use of Discord is not required.
