Been a while since I last doodled something Sunstone related :3 I love love love that comic and recommend it highly for a good read. Will likely take another pass on this another time, but wanted to do something fairly quick tonight. 

Honestly, couldn't go much further with this tonight as I had an unfortunate altercation with a pair of nail trimmers where I accidentally went too deep on my index and thumb ;v; Holding my pen right now currently is pretty painful ;v;

Holy cats, that's gotta hurt like hell! The fact you got this far with such an injury is just more testament to your skill with a pen, but seriously...hope you're enjoying your break after that battle with the nail trimmers. As for the drawing, two words come to mind: reflective and shiny. From her dress to her hair to the rest of her gorgeous gothic-esque outfit (do I have that right?) every part of Ally's pose stands out in a sheen...especially within the black and red parts of her dress. Not to mention, gotta give a shout out to the loose strands of hair in her 'do. Makes for a nice contrast with her organized and shiny-clean choice of wear, but also fits with her relaxed, seemingly easygoing smile. And now's the part where I feel terrible for having barely read Sunstone. Another one to add to the webcomic pile! Along with this one and Cassiopeia Quinn, do you have any other fave webcomics? I wonder if Lisa will make another appearance in your future drawings as well... Lastly, the fact that all this was done "fairly quick." Dang your mad art skills are a consistent sight to behold. Have yourself a good night and a kickass day the following morning!
