Tags Clean Up (Patreon)

Spent the entirety of Sunday going through every post I've ever made on patreon and adding specific tags. I realize I should have done this a long time ago but at least now that oversight has been addressed. Surely now this makes it so that past posts will he easier to locate should you wish to find them :3
