BNHA Shio 01 - HiRes (Patreon)

For a while now I've really wanted to make a Hero Academia since I like the series so much but never knew what kind of quirk to make. Took a look at Cat Shio and wondered how to make that work, what kind of think cats are known for and expand off that. Cats being lazy or asleep for long periods I chose to jump off that. Shio can absorb the energy of those she touches and build up her own since she defaults to consistently sleepy. The more energy she build that more quick and hyperactive she gets. She is then also able to discharge this built up energy as electrical attacks but that makes it so that she gets sleepy faster than normal.
