Every decade or so, one is sighted somewhere in the Caliphate, where they perform “miracles” - cure shatal infected areas, bring the dead back to life, that kind of thing. Without asking for anything in return (not that they’d even speak in the first place), and seemingly without any negative consequence. Naturally, they’re revered by any religion, who sees them as envoys of whatever goddess they worship.”
