The Conclave of Thirteen [inks] (Patreon)

The Conclave of Thirteen is the (mostly) matriarchal assembly of the Caliphate’s most powerful, allegedly sitting as equals in taking decisions for Its whole. Clanmothers, Kin Auspexes, Bog Captains and Spine Hierophants report directly to their leader, and in turn, each of them brings up these issues during said Conclave. Each Conclave lasts for thirteen hours, once a month.
