Back when I was in high school, some chick came to school wearing white thigh high stockings and black mary janes. I think some admin must have told her it was too "offensive" because she never did it again. Anyways, i tried to model this outfit to be somewhere in between cute and slutty.

I thought the western halloween-style schoolgirl outfits that show the midriff and microskirts were a bit too slutty. And the Japanese knee socks + flats were a little too tame. So I went with something in the middle.
