Discord Revamp + Patreon Roles! (Patreon)

Good news! I finally gave my discord server the makeover it deserved, including cleaning up the cobwebs and finally fixing the Patreon bot, meaning you'll all get special roles if you connect your Discord :D we're having a little party to celebrate the brand new look in about half an hour, and I'm planning to organise more events in future including Patreon exclusive activities in the private channels ♡
