Something that may have been missed. Lilith's deal is presumably that she can stay in heaven as long as hell isn't a problem. If that's true, then it's contradictory for lilith to sign a deal with Alastor. Also a thing, Lucifer had a deal with Heaven that they could carry out the exterminations as long as they didn't harm the hell-born. They harmed a hell born (Also literally his daughter), voiding the deal.

HMTK i agree with the Lucifer's deal part because I was wondering why in "You didn't know" he walked up to Charlie when sing "Honestly, I can't wait to, come down and exterminate you.". Instead of walking toward Vaggie while singing it. This is one of the reasons why I believe Lucifer has only interfered in this extermination because they attacked his daughter who is AKA a hell-born.

Well, the thing with deals in the show is that they are physically binding. Adam attacked a hell-born, breaking the deal. Therefore, Lucifer was able to intervene. If they simply went around Charlie and Razzle and Dazzle, there would be nothing Lucifer could do, as the deal would still apply.
