I was originally planning to publish this tomorrow, but, oh well, here it is. This time we have Noelle Silva, a beautiful witch from the Black Bulls, from the manga and anime Black Clover, created by Yuki Tabata. I find her character truly charming and fascinating. Hope you love her too!
