My most exotic food that comes to my mind right now was probably iguana, but was pretty normal taste-wise. I can't think of much food that I've had that people would qualify as weird-tasting.

Iguana sounds wild as heck! I never knew that people ate them. Only thing close to that I've had was alligator tail. It was breaded and fried, can't quite remember what it tasted like though.
