Aurora: Animation Showcase (Patreon)

Hey everyone, V.D.Y. here!

As I said in the last Hereafter post, we'll be taking a look at Aurora's animations this week!

Let's start with the walk!

Aurora has a much more energetic walk than Derulio. She has to; with her much shorter legs, it's the only way to keep up with him!

Next up, the run animation!

I can't help but feel bad for the little bookworm having to get all this exercise running around with Derulio and adventuring.

Next, the jump animation!

Yet again, we took Aurora's short stature into account for her animation. To reach the same height as Derulio's jump, Aurora has to give herself a little boost from magic!

Finally, the attack animation!

Don't worry! She'll eventually figure out that magic is a much more effective way to attack than cutely flailing her hooves around!

In fact, as a bonus, here are some of the animations Twi produced when we were trying to figure out just what casting magic would look like in the game!
